Eric Liao
CEO, Co-founder
Eric Liao has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada and an MBA from Tsinghua University in China. Before moving to China, Eric worked at Nvidia in Silicon Valley for 4 years. He worked as a product engineer, systems engineer and Manager of Product Sustaining Group for all video card products. As a manager, Eric was responsible for teams in China and the USA, preparing over a dozen products in parallel for production and coordinating qualifications efforts with all the major memory vendors including Samsung, Hynix and Micron. Eric’s experience in Canada, the USA and China is crucial to maintaining the necessary synergy between the USA and China.
Alex Chung
Strategy & Business Development, Co-founder
Alex Chung has over 14 years experience in strategic planning, content & distribution deals, technology licensing, co-marketing partnerships, and joint ventures. Over the years, Alex worked at American Express, Apple, Yahoo! and The Walt Disney Company in business development roles to drive new user growth, develop new revenue streams and to evaluate new markets. In addition, Alex has consulted to Ubisoft, NHN, Inc., Outspark and other start ups looking to build unique value propositions for consumers. Alex has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Xuming Deng
CTO, Co-founder
Xuming Deng received his Electrical Engineering degree at the prestigious Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. With over 7 years of hands-on design experience at top companies such as Inventec and Nvidia, he has used his skills in the design of a variety of consumer electronics ranging from electronic dictionaries to laptop computers to a concrete stress detector. His most recent project was a concrete stress detector designed for a world-renowned specialist in civil engineering at the University of Irvine. This product has already been sold in specialized markets for over $20,000 USD.
Dr. Sheng-Yang Chiu

Dr. Sheng-Yang Chiu has over 26 years of professional experience in the application of cutting-edge software technologies to a wide variety of problem domains, including print-on-demand, direct marketing, web-based online distance learning, web-based extended-enterprise supply chain management, digital multimedia content management, interactive TV, wireless communications, and distributed computation. He was a researcher at Digital Equipment Corporation's Systems Research Center; a software developer and architect at Bolt, Beranek and Newman, GO Corporation and Silicon Graphics; CTO at ECnet, Capella Education Company, and Universitas 21 Global; President of Touchpoint; and Managing Director of Horton International China.
